Redefining “Social Impact”

From Tiffany Yau’s TED Talk, she hits on the concept of how “the people closest to the problems are closest to the solutions,” which is the mantra is Fulphil. Fulphil work around the concept of empowering youth to be the changemakers of their local communities by making resources accessible for students across the US, regardless of background or experience in their chosen business vertical.

User-Centered Focus

Tiffany deeply about taking on a “for us, by us” brand. To do so, we keep our students

intimately engaged with our organization. Based on students’ mastery once they complete

the curriculum/Fulphil’s programming, they have the option of applying for a fellowship with

us where they will join us in developing and iterating our curriculum to make it more tangible

for students of the next school year. We have students creating case studies on

industry-trending topics so that our curriculum is always up-to-date, engaging, and fun.
